This is a high-touch, long-term partnership for firms ready to overhaul and elevate their business operations. I’ll become an integrated part of your team to drive Strategy, Execution, and People to help you achieve your vision.
As your Fractional COO, I’ll join team meetings, lead projects, and provide up to 10 hours of implementation work per week. Engagements are fully customized based on your goals. You’ll notice a positive impact in your business within weeks!
Fractional engagements typically range from $4,000 - $8,000 a month.
